We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CRM / Sales & Order Management (SOM) Technical Consultant to join a fast-paced Agile team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM) platform.Requirements:
- Recent hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM).
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Platform.
- Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to independently complete assigned user stories with minimal supervision.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Experience with CRM implementations and Order Management solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Sales & Order Management (SOM).
- Develop solutions using the ServiceNow Now Platform.
- Build and maintain Flow Designer workflows and automations.
- Develop scripts and integrations to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developers in an Agile environment.
- Work independently to deliver user stories and technical solutions.
