Role: ITSM Technical Consultant
Jefferson City, Missouri - Hybrid
Job Description Summary:
- Oversee the implementation of the new ITSM solution and manage migration from the legacy system.
- Coordinate with state project teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with deliverables.
- Validate technical integrations and review configuration for ServiceNow modules.
- Conduct audits and provide training plans as required.
- Report weekly status, risks, and key milestones to the project manager.
Key Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in large-scale IT consulting projects within state government
- 2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, ITIL 4, and CSDM v4 frameworks
- Experience integrating enterprise systems, especially IAM/IGA and Microsoft environments
- Familiarity with the State of Missouri’s legacy systems is preferred
