Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, and technical delivery across ServiceNow modules. Responsible for solution design, requirements analysis, project estimation, customer management, and mentoring technical teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM.
  • Technical leadership and end-to-end implementation experience.
  • ITIL process definition and architecture/integration solutions.
  • ServiceNow migrations, upgrades, consolidations, and third-party integrations.
  • Requirements gathering, estimation, troubleshooting, and project management.
  • Customer and team management; Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 Foundation.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow custom application design and development (CAD).
  • HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and SPM modules.
  • Platform stability, performance optimization, and conflict management.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
