Job Description
Description: Position Title: Servicing Analyst - Senior Line of Business: Transportation Finance Length of Contract: 12 months (Possibility of Extension & FTE) Location: 2825 3rd Ave N – Floor 5 Billings, MT 59101 Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday: 8am – 5pm Rate: 20-22/hr. on W2.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
- Bank/Finance experience with 2-5 years minimum
- Loan/Lending operation experience with 2-5 years minimum
- Documentations experience with 2-5 years minimum
- Prior experience in the industry is required
- Education Level – Minimum High School completed
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Previous banking or financial institution experience
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills including Outlook
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management in accumulating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting operational performance data
- Partner with team members in process improvement for department initiatives
- Coordinate and participate in the analysis necessary for functional operations reviews
- Lead or participate in projects impacting the site as needed such as customer onboarding and process changes
- Enable productive relationships within the line of business and other functions through responsiveness and support
- Provide advice to internal business partners and peers to support the completion of a process or activity within established procedures
- Provide input and analysis into the continuous improvement of business processes and procedures
- Provide on-the-job assistance and training to others as requested
- Identify potential risk situations and make recommendations or escalate to the manager
