Position Summary: Set up and operation of metal-cutting machines.

Essential Skills and Experience:

High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent and Associates Degree in a technical field or five (5) years' experience in a related technical area with technical certifications.
Demonstrate understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
Demonstrate understanding of PLC Program Logic.
Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

Preferred Skills and experience:

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot automated equipment using Siemens (Step 7) software ladder logic.
Demonstrated ability to write CNC programs (SINUMERIC 840D).
Demonstrated experience in Motor / Motor Drive Troubleshooting.
Demonstrated experience in Hydraulic Component Troubleshooting.
Demonstrated basic understanding of robotics.
