• Sew materials using industrial sewing machines
• Follow production samples and product guides to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor stitching and identify defects during the sewing process
• Inspect finished products for quality control compliance
• Perform minor machine adjustments and routine maintenance, including changing needles and adding oil
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork

What You Need to Bring to the Sewing & Assembly Operator:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions communicated in English
• Prior industrial sewing experience preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation to the Fargo area
