Salary:$180k-$300k + Equity
As the SF Launch Lead, you will spearhead our expansion into the world’s most critical tech market. This 0→1 role tasks you with building a massive candidate base and onboarding hundreds of companies. You will own the entire GTM motion, from demand generation to closing flagship customers and establishing our brand presence.

What you will do:- Drive demand through exclusive community events, founder dinners, and infiltrating the local tech ecosystem.- Act as the primary Account Executive on the ground to pitch, navigate objections, and close enterprise deals.- White-glove early customer onboarding while manually reviewing roles to ensure platform liquidity and success.
The ideal candidate:- Proven experience as an ex-founder or early GTM leader who has scaled a startup from $0 to $1M+ ARR.- Deeply networked within the San Francisco tech ecosystem with existing ties to founders and VCs.- High-agency hustler who thrives in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments without needing a pre-defined structure.
