Job Description

As a Shakerboarder with us, you will be asked to drive guests in the door with enthusiasm and excitement! We will have advertising boards that you will hold outside the store, and your job is to essentially do whatever you can to bring more guests to our location. A few recommend ways to attract new guests are but not limited to: shaking the sign in an interesting/choreographed/crazy manner, dancing, singing, waving hello or greeting potential guests, jumping, moving around the designated area and more. We are looking for outgoing and energetic people, willing to smile and have a good time. Wearing earbuds for music is allowed, as well as a 10 minute break every hour. Apply for more info!
