Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead field crews on residential and commercial roofing projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong expertise in roofing and sheet metal systems, along with the ability to manage teams, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate field crews on roofing and sheet metal projects.
Install and oversee the installation of roofing systems, flashing, and custom sheet metal components.
Coordinate daily job site operations, workforce allocation, and material management.
Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensure all work meets quality standards, project requirements, and applicable installation guidelines.
Enforce safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Train, mentor, and support crew members to promote skill development and productivity.
Travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Previous experience in a Foreman or crew leadership role within the roofing or construction industry.
Experience with at least two to three of the following systems:
- Metal roofing
- Tile roofing
- Single-ply roofing
- Composition shingle roofing
- Roof coating systems
Strong technical skills in sheet metal fabrication, installation, and detailed finishing work.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and project stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
