Hardy Corporation is expanding the Engineering department, and we are looking for one (1) new team member to specifically model HVAC.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Sheet Metal Foreman oversees field installation, fabrication, and coordination of sheet metal systems on commercial, and industrial projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, codes, and company standards, while consistently demonstrating trustworthiness and accountability in all jobsite activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY: Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating work schedules, inspecting completed work for quality, managing equipment and materials, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. The role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and collaboration with other departments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of sheet metal installation or fabrication experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or lead role experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct work installation, and sheet metal fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and mechanical plans.
