Shift Lead (Rally's)- CV

LV Petroleum is currently hiring Rally’s Shift Leads to join our fast-paced team! We are looking for motivated, dependable leaders who thrive in a high-energy environment and are passionate about delivering great customer service while leading successful shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:• Supervise and support crew members during shifts• Train, coach, and mentor team members• Motivate staff to meet customer service, speed, and cleanliness standards• Lead by example and help create a positive team environment

Customer Experience:• Ensure every guest receives friendly and efficient service• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally• Help maintain a welcoming and guest-focused atmosphere

Operations:• Assist with opening and closing duties• Monitor food preparation, quality, and cleanliness standards• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures• Help maintain smooth day-to-day restaurant operations

Cash Handling:• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately• Assist with shift cash handling and reconciliations• Follow company cash control procedures and policies

Requirements

Requirements:• 1+ year of food service or retail experience preferred• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus• Strong communication and leadership skills• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead in a fast-paced environment• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
