Job Description
We are seeking motivated and dependable Shift Leads to help oversee daily operations and support team performance in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, delivering excellent customer service, and helping create a smooth and efficient shift experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day store operations and help ensure shifts run efficiently
- Lead and motivate team members while promoting a positive work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns
- Oversee register operations and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization
- Help train new team members on company procedures and service expectations
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and operational needs
- Step in to support multiple areas of the business as needed during busy periods
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail, food service, travel center, or customer service experience preferred
- Prior leadership or keyholder experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
Experience: Previous experience as a cashier, coupled with supervisory skills or team leadership experience is preferred.
Skills: Proficient with cash handling, basic math, and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Dependability: Reliability is essential; candidates should be punctual and ready to handle various shifts, including weekends.
Leadership Abilities: A demonstrated capability to lead and motivate a team to meet operational goals.
