As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, coach and train team members, and collaborate with other leaders to achieve our vision. This hands-on role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of the business simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and processes
Coach and train team members
Model core values to positively impact culture
Develop and invest in team members
Evaluate business operations and streamline processes
Set store goals and focus on key metrics
Plan ahead for peak times and ensure operational excellence
Perform managerial tasks such as training, scheduling, and inventory management
Collaborate with senior leaders to set and achieve goals
