Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow
Control labor and food costs while maintaining high quality standards
Handle guest issues professionally and with care
Serve as a positive role model of hospitality and teamwork

Required Skills and Experience

At least one year of experience in guest-focused businesses like retail, restaurant, or hospitality
Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a self-starting personality
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Willingness to support team members as needed
Ability to effectively use point of sale systems
Must be at least 17 years old
