Role Summary
As a Shift Leader at Slim Chickens, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll lead your team by example, creating an environment where hospitality, teamwork, and excellence shine through every guest interaction. If you’re motivated, organized, and passionate about leading others, this is the role for you.
Job Expectations
Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts
Ensure guests receive excellent service and high-quality food every visit
Lead and motivate team members to maintain standards of service, speed, and cleanliness
Train, coach, and support team members to reach performance goals
Handle shift-level cash management, food safety, and operational procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications / Requirements
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service or QSR preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Dependable, team-oriented, and focused on guest satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
