OUR EMPLOYEES ENJOY EARNING BETWEEN $18.00 AND $20.00 PER HOUR! with tips

ALSO

$400 Incentive Bonus to be paid out in two increments:

  • $100 Sign-On Bonus after 30 days of employment
  • Additional $300 Retention Bonus to be paid out after 120 days of employment

PLUS

Qualifications

· Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

· Restaurant Experience: 6 months as Shift Lead or Supervisor

  • Assistant Manager- up to $20.00 per hour with tips

Shift Manager/Supervisor/Leads and Assistant Managers are an important part of our restaurant management team. They provide leadership and guidance during their shifts. They are experts in creating the Costa Vida® experience for our teams to follow. They provide prompt and outstanding Guest service, quality products, and maintain a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.
