The anticipated pay rate for this position is up to $31.55. Will be based on expereince.
Shift: 12 Hour rotating schedule: (2 weeks on Days & 2 weeks on Nights) The hours are 6am- 6:15pm then rotates to 6:00pm- 6:15am.
Daily overtime, anything worked over 12 hours daily will be paid out at time & ½.
You are paid double time when you work on your scheduled Sunday. The shift schedule includes one Sunday every other week.
You are paid double time plus holiday pay when you work on a holiday.
Exercise Center onsite.
Job Summary
Key areas of responsibility will include the day-to-day support of the production assets through interaction, influence and leadership of the production teams, and the facilitation of meetings. Training of teammates is at the core of this role.
Core Responsibilities
Communicate effectively across organization.
Reviews work instructions, training checklist, and module questions when teammate starts training in a module.
Collaborate with Shift Operations Leader to allocate labor in the department to meet the business needs.
Ensures teammates are current with training, both module and OMU.
Coordinates work activities with other teammates to ensure smooth shift change transitions.
Partners with Shift Operations Lead daily.
Conducts audit of training records for the operators on the floor.
Runs a module on a daily basis.
Back-up support in shift operations leader's absence.
Qualifying Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required
Post-secondary education (college courses and/or technical certificate) preferred.
Two or more years of relevant experience or equivalent post high school vocational training or equivalent military experience
Strong values for Safety and Safe work practices

Ability to adequately troubleshoot and resolve process/equipment problems and implement countermeasures.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others through personal example and work ethic.
Effective change agent
Ability to write/update work instructions and procedures as required for documentation and training.
High level of self-motivation and innovation with willingness to develop these skills in others.
Good communication skills - verbal and written.
Have knowledge of regulatory requirements
Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, EXCEL and Word
