Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the crew to deliver exceptional service during shifts
Manage all aspects of daily operations including food quality, safety, and cleanliness
Handle staffing and scheduling to meet business needs effectively
Resolve customer feedback and ensure satisfaction
Monitor inventory and ensure efficient stock management
Maintain compliance with all food safety and workplace regulations
Support training and development of crew members to foster a positive work environment

Requirements

Proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in retail or foodservice
