Job Responsibilities
- Oversee a group of operators on the day shift
- Ensure all activities left over from night shift are completed
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that can occur during the shift
- Ensure all orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Always Obey the "General Rules for All Employees" and ensure that all RPS employees follow the same rules
- Complete all paperwork as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Primary emphasis on SHE compliance and production performance
- Promote and support Koppers goal of Zero Harm and Zero Waste
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Relevant supervisory job experience in the manufacturing industry
- Safety, health, and environmental awareness
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team player
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
