Job Title: ShipperLocation: Lennox, SDCompensation: $19.50 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | 5:30am-4:00pm | Monday-FridayJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Shippers for a leading equipment manufacturing company located in Lennox, SD. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as the Shipper:

Prepare, stage, and organize finished goods for outbound shipment
Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation for accuracy
Load trailers safely and efficiently to meet shipping schedules
Generate and process shipping paperwork using the ERP system
Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality and correctness
Coordinate with production teams and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping work area
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and material-handling guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the Shipper Role:

Manufacturing or shipping experience preferred
Ability to read and understand work orders and shipping documents
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math, including fractions
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
Basic computer and ERP system skills
Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
