Shipping & Receiving Forklift OperatorPay Rate: $21/hrSchedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Position SummarySeeking a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to support warehouse and logistics operations. This role involves sit-down forklift operation, coordinating shipments, scheduling carrier pickups, and building wooden shipping crates. Ideal candidates will have strong shipping experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklift safely and efficiently*
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments*
- Schedule carrier pickups and manage shipping logistics*
- Build wooden shipping crates using basic hand tools*
- Load and unload materials and finished goods*
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation*
- Follow safety and warehouse procedures
- 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience*
- 23 years of direct shipping experience*
- Experience scheduling carrier pickups and coordinating shipments*
- Experience building wooden shipping crates*
- Ability to use basic woodworking tools (drill, hammer, handsaw)*
- Ability to read and write in English*
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
