We are looking for strong, energetic, detail-focused Parts Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate who will help us ensure the parts-buying experience is exceptional! Does this sound like you? Apply now!The role of a Shipping/Receiving Clerk is to act as the principle person in charge of the receipting of inventory as it is received from dealerships, and or, outside vendors.
Receipt and stock in all parts ordersInspect shipments and receipt for quantity and damage if applicableMaintain physical inventory by keeping stock in correct locations, sealable condition and free of safety hazardsMaintain all parts shelves are stocked using the space available in an efficient mannerMaintain warranty claims in accordance with dealership guidelinesNotify the parts manager of any parts that are received damaged or missingMaintain a special order file and ensures that all customers are notified of the receipt of their parts.Notify the appropriate service manager when the special order parts that were ordered have been receivedMust be able to lift, bend and carry parts and accessories that weigh upwards of 75 poundsMust be able to follow instructions while working safely and efficiently in a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detail is requiredMust be at least eighteen years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
