Job Description

Shipping & Receiving Duties:

Perform daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.Inspect and verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy, condition, and completeness in a timely manner.Ensure proper documentation for all shipments and receipts is completed in Pioneer's NetSuite ERP system.Process pick & ship customer orders and warehouse transfer orders efficiently.Ensure all materials are pulled, packed, labeled, and shipped in accordance with Pioneer's service standards and expectations of each customer.Ensure all shipping and receiving activities are aligned with Pioneer's standards and each customer's delivery deadlines.Work closely with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups.Resolve order or delivery issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction.Deliver or retrieve materials and equipment from customers or vendors as needed to meet customer satisfaction and deadline requirements.

Inventory Control & Material Handling Responsibilities:

Perform material put-aways of received inventory materials. Ensure items are stored in correct locations and accurately recorded in inventory systems.In a timely manner, deliver materials ordered for active jobs to the appropriate facility area, with proper documentation, and notification to the area supervisor.Pull stocked materials required for active jobs and route to the appropriate facility area, with proper documentation, and notification to the area supervisor.Participate in weekly cycle counts and full inventory audits.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills required.Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.Proficient in Pioneer's software systems: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.), NetSuite ERP system, and FreightView.Knowledge of inventory control procedures, freight coordination, and OSHA safety standards.

Work Environment:

Work to be performed in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.Fast-paced warehouse environment with regular exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, and various shipping/receiving equipment.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus).Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
