Job Description

Join a stable and growing manufacturing company with over 40 years of success supplying industrial fasteners and threaded products to customers throughout the region. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to support daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

Accurately pack and ship customer orders to meet delivery schedules
Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify packing slips
Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
Forklift experience preferred
Basic math and measuring skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Self-motivated with good communication and time management skills
