Shipping Associate – Patches

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and shipping customer patch orders accurately and on time.

This is an office-based shipping position that requires regular computer use, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot order and shipping issues as they arise.

What You'll Do

Prepare, package, and ship patch orders accurately and efficiently.
Use a computer and our internal systems to review orders, verify shipping information, and process shipments.
Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
Verify that the correct products and quantities are included in each shipment.
Identify and resolve order, address, shipping, or system issues before packages are sent.
Keep orders organized and maintain an efficient shipping workspace.
Communicate with other departments when additional information or assistance is needed.
Help ensure orders meet daily shipping deadlines.
Perform other related duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

Comfortable using a computer and learning new software and systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to figure out issues independently.
Excellent attention to detail.
Organized and able to manage multiple orders and priorities.
Dependable and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills.
Previous shipping, fulfillment, or order-processing experience is helpful, but not required.
