Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorCedar Rapids, IA1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM$18–$20/hr DOEWe are currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment in Cedar Rapids. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping things moving, and working in a fast-paced warehouse/shipping setting without the chaos. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments*
  • Verify shipments, packing slips, and inventory accuracy*
  • Prepare orders for shipment and ensure timely delivery*
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed*
  • Maintain organized shipping/receiving areas*
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments*
  • Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse support
Qualifications:
  • Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred*
  • Forklift experience is a plus*
  • Basic computer and inventory system knowledge*
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills*
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed*
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
