Job Description
Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk Riverside CA Contract - 1st Shift, 5/40 Pay Rate: $27.78/Hr. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401kRequired Qualifications:Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk
- U.S. Citizenship required.*
- Experience in warehousing, stores, or materials handling operations.*
- Ability to be trained and apply supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.*
- Demonstrated ability to deliver day-to-day objectives with attention to accuracy and timeliness.*
- Ability to follow established routines, standards, and work instructions.*
- General awareness of systems and procedures related to warehouse or material control activities.*
- Clerical skills including data entry, file copying, and filing.
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations focused on receiving, shipping, material handling, and documentation accuracy.*
- Help ensure materials flow efficiently, safely, and in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately and timely receive inventory into SAP.*
- Coordinate manifesting, preparation, and delivery of ASO books to Iron Mountain.*
- Assist with cycle count activities and inventory reconciliation.*
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S and workplace safety standards.*
- Communicate with Materials, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and support operational workflow.*
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory requirements.*
- Support special projects, urgent material requests, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
- SAP knowledge.*
- High school, secondary school, or equivalent education.
