Job Title: Shipping AssociateLocation: Hastings, NEPay: $18.00/hourSchedule: Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 4: 00 PMJob Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shipping Associate to join our client's team. This role is responsible for preparing orders, handling freight and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, operating equipment and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.Key Responsibilities
- Fill and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload freight using proper procedures
- Operate a forklift safely and effectively
- Organize and stage shipments for delivery or pickup
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
- Prior shipping or warehouse experience required
- Valid Nebraska driver s license required
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move 50 100 pounds frequently
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
