Job Description
We are searching for a Shipping & Inventory Analyst. This position is onsite and pays $40,000 annually to start. This role focuses on shipment accuracy, inventory reporting, and logistics data tracking to support dependable product flow and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and maintain accurate shipping and inventory records on a daily basis
- Monitor outbound shipments to confirm correct product, quantity, and condition
- Prepare logistics documentation including invoices, packing lists, and pallet summaries
- Track inventory accuracy metrics and delivery performance indicators
- Execute and document cycle counts and variance resolutions
- Coordinate shipping schedules with internal teams and external freight partners
- Review outbound shipment images prior to release
- Report logistics activity, ship-outs, and inventory status to operations leadership
- Ensure shipping and inventory activities comply with internal procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and shipment efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in a related field preferred
- At least one year of comparable shipping, inventory, or logistics experience required; two or more years preferred
- Experience working with inventory tracking or logistics data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret basic logistics and inventory reports
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
- Ability to work onsite and meet shipping deadlines
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean preferred
