Job Description

Are you organized, dependable, and detail-oriented? We re looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to help keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on position responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, verifying inventory, and keeping materials organized. If you take pride in accuracy and staying organized in a busy environment, we d like to hear from you!

What You ll Do

Receive and verify incoming materials, parts, and freight
Check in production parts and verify shipment accuracy
Distribute materials to the appropriate departments or warehouse locations
Package and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
Read and verify shipping documents, labels, and inventory information
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
Help keep the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient

What We re Looking For

Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and understand shipping documents, labels, and inventory information
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus
