We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in doing quality work and being part of a team.As a Shipping & Warehouse Specialist, you'll help ensure our customers receive the right products on time by accurately preparing shipments, maintaining inventory, and safely moving materials throughout our manufacturing facility.Whether you have previous warehouse or shipping experience or you're ready to learn a new trade - we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.What You'll DoEvery day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Read and follow customer-specific shipping instructions
Process shipments accurately using shipping software and RF barcode scanners
Verify products, quantities, and shipping documentation before orders leave the facility
Pull and count inventory accurately from warehouse locations
Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling equipment
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or shipping issues
Work closely with production and customer service teams to keep orders moving on schedule
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
What We're Looking ForWe hire people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred
Shipping, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is helpful but not required
Forklift certification a plus; training is available for qualified candidates
Basic computer skills
Ability to read work instructions and shipping documents
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Commitment to workplace safety
Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position that requires standing, walking, lifting materials up to 40 pounds, and safely operating warehouse equipment throughout the workday.
