Job DetailsKey Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operate pallet trucks, fork trucks, and overhead cranes
• Prepare outgoing shipments via truck, air, rail, and ocean freight
• Perform data entry for shipping records, tracking numbers, freight details, and inventory movement
• Enter and maintain accurate information in logs, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Inspect incoming materials for defects, damage, or shortages and document findings
• Organize equipment tagging, shipping labels, special markings, and shipping photographs
• Complete quality checklists and digital documentation for shipments
• Coordinate assembly skids with the production schedule
• Use Microsoft Outlook and Excel to update and track shipment information
• Work in both office and warehouse environments
• Bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications Needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of shipping experience
• Strong background in data entry, recordkeeping, and accurate documentation
• Proficiency with pallet trucks, forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Experience preparing shipments via truck, air, rail, or ocean
• Ability to manage shipping workflows and maintain accurate digital records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Preferred: SAP experience, inventory control, load planning, and quoting
