About the Role
We are seeking a Shipping & Operations Specialist to join our team and support daily warehouse and fulfillment activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, efficient inventory management, and timely shipments to customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipments and ensure all documentation is complete
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and tracking
- Use warehouse systems to process and update orders
Inventory Management
- Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment processes
- Maintain organized storage areas to improve workflow efficiency
Quality & Safety
- Ensure all shipments meet quality and packaging standards
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Identify and report process improvements or operational issues
Returns & Support
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines
- Support internal teams with order status and shipment inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
