NOW HIRING: Shipping & Receiving Specialist

What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Pick, package, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory transactions
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement
- Organize, label, and stock inventory to maintain an efficient warehouse
- Support production teams by ensuring materials are available when needed
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service departments to meet operational goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling
- Forklift operating experience required
- Comfortable using computers for inventory management and shipping documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience
- ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- RF scanning technology
- Inventory control and cycle counting
- Aerospace manufacturing
- Industrial manufacturing
