Shipping & Receiving CoordinatorPay:$16.00–$19.00 per hour(Based on Experience)Location:Tulsa, OKShift:Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PMFriday:7:00 AM – 11:00 AMOvertime:As RequiredJob Type:Full-TimeJob Order #:125765Position OverviewStand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support a manufacturing operation in Tulsa. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing customer shipments, coordinating outside processing, and maintaining accurate inventory records.The ideal candidate has strong computer and organizational skills, pays close attention to shipping and inventory details, and is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse and material-handling duties.Required Experience & Skills• High school diploma or GED required• Valid driver's license with a good driving record• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business systems• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become certified• Dependable attendance and punctuality• Ability to safely handle materials throughout the workdayEssential Duties & Responsibilities• Prepare, package, and label parts for customer shipments• Coordinate and prepare shipments for outside processing vendors• Create purchase orders, packing slips, and related shipping documentation• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders• Inspect, identify, and document incoming materials• Report shortages, discrepancies, damaged materials, or other receiving concerns• Move received materials to appropriate storage or production locations• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as trained and authorized• Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and management teams regarding material needs and shipments• Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory control activities• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area• Perform additional warehouse, inventory, and shipping duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications• Previous shipping and receiving experience• Warehouse or manufacturing experience• Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems• Experience with shipping software and platforms• Inventory control or cycle counting experience• Experience coordinating outside processing or vendor shipmentsPhysical Requirements• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and material handling• Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment• Comfortable performing both computer-based and physically active warehouse duties• Ability to work safely in an active manufacturing and warehouse environmentWork Environment• Manufacturing and warehouse environment• Combination of shipping, receiving, inventory, computer, and material-handling responsibilities• Regular interaction with production, purchasing, quality, management, vendors, and freight personnel• Team-oriented workplace focused on accuracy, organization, safety, and meeting shipment deadlines• Overtime may be required based on production and shipping needsWhy You'll Want This Opportunity• Competitive pay of $16.00–$19.00/hour, based on experience• Consistent first-shift schedule• Short Friday schedule ending at 11:00 AM• Overtime opportunities as needed• Hands-on experience across shipping, receiving, inventory, and manufacturing operations• Opportunity to expand ERP, inventory control, and material-handling skills• Team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and advancementReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel – Tulsa Skilled Division1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 4 PM
