We are Winbro. We are at the heart of the green hydrogen revolution enabling production of next generation fuel cells with our ultra fast laser drilling and welding technologies. Our equipment is capable of producing highly complex semiconductor parts, enabling next level efficiencies in electronics manufacturing.

JOIN US as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at our Rock Hill facility and we can offer you an opportunity to work in a high-tech, specialist company working with some of the best global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor and clean energy. We are looking for someone to cover Monday-Friday, 08.30-17.00 (with some flexibility on start/finish times).

Role and responsibilities:

Manage stock inventory for external and internal manufacturing customers.

Manage all inbound shipments and perform all associated activity for receiving of products.

Update our internal system with estimated dispatch date changes, and closing of sales orders as items are dispatched.

Pick, pack, and ship parts, handle all related paperwork, operate a computerized shipping and labelling machine.

Verify all harmonised tariff schedules and co-ordinate with customs brokers for all overseas shipments.

Track incoming and outgoing shipments, raise damage/lost package complaints and follow-up with customers and/or service engineers on all outgoing shipment details.

Support creation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders using our ERP system.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team-player with some experience working in a manufacturing facility, ideally with exposure to receiving/inventory control. You must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods of time.

High school or GED, required, vocational or technical training recommended

3 + years' shipping, receiving and inventory control experience

Experience with inventory control procedures

Working knowledge of carrier shipping systems, including UPS and FedEx

Experience with shipment and carrier documentation and all modes of transport

Due to customer access requirements, you must be a US citizen or existing green card holder.
