Keep Operations Moving Shipping Clerk NeededJob Title: Shipping ClerkLocation: Hastings, NEPay: $19.00 $23.00/hour (DOE)Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday Thursday, 5: 00 AM 3: 30 PMOvertime: Fridays, 5: 00 AM 1: 00 PM as neededPosition OverviewWe re hiring a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you ll coordinate outgoing shipments, ensure order accuracy, and maintain proper documentation in a fast-paced environment.What You ll Do
- Prepare and verify outgoing orders using invoices and purchase orders
- Package and label shipments accurately and securely
- Coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight companies)
- Update inventory systems to reflect shipped products
- Maintain shipping documentation including bills of lading and tracking records
- Inspect items for damage or discrepancies prior to shipment
- Assist with shipping-related questions and issues as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred
