Job Description
We are currently seeking a Shipping Clerk for a client located in Piedmont, SC. Responsibilities:
- Pull, pack, stage and ship orders from inventory racks and storage areas –
- Match part numbers and quantities to shipping documents.
- Ensure correct customer shipping addresses and shipping labels
- Safely operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift
- Identify low or zero stock shortages and report to supervisor
- Handle products and equipment in a safe and orderly manner to prevent injury to self or others
- Regular attendance required
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Ability to speak, read and write English clearly and understandably
- Good mathematical skills using whole numbers
- Good communications skills
