Immediate opening for a Shipping Clerk in Eagleville!

Shift: 11am to 8:00pm, Monday to FridayPay: $18/hr

-OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to ensure accurate, same-day order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and processing shipments while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

-ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and ship orders with 100% accuracyGenerate shipping labels and process required documentationShip product literature and customer materialsMonitor inventory and reorder shipping supplies as neededRestock materials and prepare shipping area dailyFile paperwork and maintain organized recordsCommunicate product concerns to Customer Service and SupervisorsCollaborate with Sales, Accounting, Product Development, and OperationsMaintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulationsRepresent the company professionally in all interactions

-RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1+ year of shipping/receiving experienceProficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work occasional nights and weekends

-PreferencesExperience in a regulated industry environmentFamiliarity with order processing or inventory systems
