Shipping & Inventory Analyst | Euclid, OHUrgently Hiring: Data-minded Logistics Professional
  • Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
  • Hours: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Logistics & ERP Management: Use shipping software and ERP systems to track workflows and optimize shipment data.
  • Inventory Control: Lead cycle counts, reconcile physical vs. digital stock, and perform root-cause analysis on discrepancies.
  • Applied Mathematics: Calculate freight weights, dimensions, and costs to ensure the most efficient shipping methods.
  • Technical Processing: Perform precision laser etching of serial numbers and prep parts to ensure 100% traceability.
  • Performance Tracking: Support the team by monitoring KPIs like order accuracy and lead times.
The Analytical Profile
  • Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing shipping and inventory management.
  • Mathematical Aptitude: Comfortable with complex calculations, unit conversions, and inventory valuation.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive thinker who identifies bottlenecks and automates fixes rather than just reporting errors.
  • Detail-Oriented: An uncompromising eye for part codes, serial numbers, and documentation.
