This role is responsible for receiving materials, preparing outbound shipments, coordinating outside processing, and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure smooth production and delivery operations.The ideal Shipping & Receiving Coordinator has strong organizational skills, excellent computer proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Required Experience & Skills High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business software systems Excellent communication and organizational abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality REQUIRED Forklift experience or willingness to become certifiedEssential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare, package, and label customer shipments accurately and efficiently Coordinate shipments to outside processing vendors and maintain required documentation Create purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping paperwork Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate material handling equipment Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect, identify, and document incoming materials for accuracy and quality Move materials to designated storage locations and maintain inventory accuracy Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and management teams to support workflow Assist with inventory counts and inventory control initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operationsPreferred Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing operations Forklift certification Experience with ERP systems, inventory software, or shipping platforms Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processesPhysical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environmentWork Environment Manufacturing and warehouse setting Fast-paced environment supporting production and shipping operations Frequent interaction with production, purchasing, quality, and management teams PPE required while working in warehouse and production areasWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Consistent first-shift schedule with early Friday finish Overtime opportunities available Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement Collaborative team environment supporting manufacturing operations Excellent opportunity to build logistics, inventory, and warehouse management skillsReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
