Shipping Lead - 10 Hr Days

Molded Dimensions Group, manufactures a wide range of specialty products in the custom polyurethane marketplace. Years of service to our customers in agriculture, manufacturing, industry, government and mining have helped mold us for success!

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Lead to oversee daily operations at our Marshfield location. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting workflow, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am-5pm

Wage: $20-24/hr

Summary:

To provide leadership and direction to the Shipping department in areas of responsibility including shipping, scheduling, quality, and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies by ensuring timely and accurate shipment and invoicing orders
• Determines work priorities, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow. Assign duties and examines work for accuracy and conformance.
• Understand material flow and process of documentation for all shipments (international shipping experience a plus)
• Verify and keep inventory records on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Work with UPS, FedEx and other private vendors to ensure on-time pickup
• Performs all duties of the Shipping Clerk as needed
• Adheres to all safety standards and identifies and reports any unsafe conditions
• Follow use of all required PPE
• Perform all other duties as requested

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable with computer entry and customer contact when needed
• Forklift experience preferred

Qualifications:

• 3 years lead experience in a shipping dept in manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and up to 75lbs occasionally is required
• Standing or walking 10 hours a day
