This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are processed safely and efficiently.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for shipping documentation and inventory tracking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Forklift experience is a plusEssential Duties & Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Prepare, package, and stage outgoing orders for shipment Safely load and unload trucks using proper material handling procedures Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as certified and assigned Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Perform additional warehouse and shipping duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing warehouse experience Forklift certification or operating experience Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping documentation Experience with cycle counts and inventory control processesPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while wearing required PPE Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environmentWork Environment Industrial warehouse and manufacturing facility Fast-paced environment supporting production, inventory, and shipping operations Exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, shipping equipment, and warehouse traffic Overtime opportunities available based on production needsWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay ranging from $17.00 $19.00/hour, based on experience Stable Monday Friday first-shift schedule Overtime opportunities currently available Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay Opportunity to build a long-term career in warehouse and manufacturing operations with room for advancementReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
