As our next Shipping Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of coordinating and executing the shipment of automotive parts in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Your expertise in logistics, shipping operations, and inventory control will be crucial in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant order fulfillment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and package automotive parts for domestic and international shipments
- Generate shipping documentation including labels, bills of lading, and paperwork
- Schedule and coordinate pickups with carriers and freight companies
- Verify shipments for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records in system databases
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support receiving, inventory control, and material handling as needed
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, LTL) and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Forklift certification
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with inventory management systems
