Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Loads flatbeds and hotshots for outbound deliveries.
- Checks product pulled for orders, verifies associated paperwork and ensures that shipments are fulfilled correctly.
- Moves product from staging areas and stores it in its proper location.
- Performs cleaning and housekeeping duties as required.
- Perform audits according to the Distribution warehouse process.
- Meets KPIs daily.
- Assists with restaging container loads.
- Compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn technical terms, processes, and piping design vocabulary.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to visually compare and verify alphanumeric sequences (part numbers).
- Proficient with numbers, such as multiplication, addition, subtraction, division, and number recognition.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate scales, pallet wrappers, and pipe wrappers.
