Job Description

Duties/Requirements:

Accountable for overseeing the production and ensuring the quality of work performed.
Understand customer concerns and deliver solutions tailored to their needs.
Interpret and comprehend drawings, including vessel layouts.
Must possess general knowledge of vessel operations.
Capable of collaborating effectively with other trades/contractors.
At least 5 years shipyard experience required.
May be required to work nights and weekends.

Standard Newhire Benefits:

6 Paid Holidays after 90-days
2 Days Sick Pay annually after 90-days
2 Days Bereavement Pay after 90-days (according to Bereavement Policy)
Eligible for Health/Dental/Vision insurance after 90-days
Eligible for 401k after 1-year employment (4% match)
40 hours vacation after 1-year employment, and annually thereafter; 80 hours vacation after 3-year employment, and annually thereafter
