- Training in shop during a probationary period and then move to service truck*
- Initial triage and repair paths for customer units*
- Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs*
- Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction*

- Quality workmanship, strive for zero comebacks*
- Always use proper safety procedures, avoid preventable accidents and injury*
- Willing to lead and train team members*
- Proper use of tools and equipment, avoid preventable damage, replace when finished*
- Proper handling and storage of warranty parts*
- Customer Service skills are required due to encountering customers on the job
- Clean driving record*
- Willing to be on call*
- You supply the drive, the will to learn, and we supply the training*
- Our locations are Certified Uptime Centers*
- Manual dexterity necessary to use required tools and equipment*
- Must be able to life at least 75 pounds*
- Valid drivers license*
- High School Graduate (GED equivalent)*
- Owns hand tools needed for skill classification*
- Exhibits pride in personal workmanship*
- Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
