Join a cabinet, reception desks, and countertops manufacturing company in Salem as a Shop Helper and enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced environment making a difference every day.As a Shop Helper, you’ll assist in a busy plant environment working on custom residential cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork. Your role is key to supporting production, handling deliveries, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.What You’ll DoAs a Shop Helper, you will be responsible for:
  • Helping in the plant working on custom residential cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork*
  • Assisting with deliveries when needed*
  • Sanding parts*
  • Cleaning parts*
  • Scraping parts*
  • Assembling cabinets*
  • Building up of countertop parts*
  • Loading and unloading trucks*
  • Sweeping and cleaning up the shop
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • The ability to lift and maneuver 50 pounds*
  • A valid driver’s license and a good driving record for the last 3 years (preferred but not mandatory)*
  • Previous woodworking experience or interest in woodworking (desirable but not mandatory)*
  • Construction skills are helpful and relatable*
  • Comfort with stooping, bending, and twisting throughout the shift
