Join a reputable manufacturing team in Tangent, OR, as a Parts & Laborer and become an essential part of delivering high-quality products across the Willamette Valley. As a Parts & Laborer, you'll play a crucial role in preparing, inspecting, and packaging parts to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll work alongside the production team to maintain a safe, organized work environment, helping ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.What You'll Do As a Parts & Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing parts for coating by masking components and plugging threaded holes to prevent overspray.
- Conducting visual and physical inspections of powder-coated parts to detect quality issues and ensure standards are met.
- Performing touch-up work or minor rework to maintain product quality.
- Wrapping, boxing, and palletizing finished products for shipment.
- Keeping your workspace clean and organized while following all safety protocols at all times.
- Previous experience in production, packaging, or assembly is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand comfortably for 8-10 hours.
- Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
