What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Team Support and Execution – Act as a key support to the Store Manager by:

  • Assisting in daily shop operations and workflow coordination
  • Actively participate in product installations alongside the team, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company standards
  • Reinforcing company goals and priorities with the team
  • Leading by example in productivity, attitude, and work quality

Shop Operations – Help drive efficient day-to-day shop performance through:

  • Coordinating installation schedules and project timelines
  • Ensuring proper use of tools, equipment, and workspace organization
  • Monitoring workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime

Staff Development and Engagement – Support team growth by:

  • Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members
  • Providing ongoing feedback and guidance to staff
  • Promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment

Customer Experience – Deliver high-quality service by:

  • Supporting customer interactions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assisting in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensuring installations meet quality and timeline expectations

Inventory and Shop Organization – Maintain control and accuracy through:

  • Assisting with inventory tracking and stock organization
  • Supporting ordering and receiving processes
  • Keeping the shop clean, safe, and well-organized

Operational Standards – Uphold company standards by:

  • Following safety protocols and compliance requirements
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas
  • Supporting loss prevention and proper material usage

Daily LifeImagine your day: You'll be working closely with the Store Manager and installation team to keep projects on track, ensure the shop runs efficiently, and deliver high-quality results to customers. From coordinating installs to jumping in on problem-solving, no two days are the same.

What You Bring

Essential Skills

  • Experience in automotive, mechanical, or installation environments preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Bonus Points

  • Aftermarket accessory installation knowledge
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with shop management or inventory systems
